The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) would launch a mobile application to timely address public complaints under its reform agenda. The citizens would access the LDA through Insaf App. According to details, the citizens would be able to register their complaint while uploading the Insaf App on their cell phones.

Earlier, the LDA has also experimented uploading all types of applications electronically on its Insaf portal. A facility has also been launched at the one window cell under the title of Insaf counter and complaint against an official would be transferred to other officials to ensure merit-based decisions.
